Shipping Policy

Our team works diligently to ensure your medication and essential items reach you promptly. Below is our usual delivery schedule:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
DPD Next Weekday Delivery
Special Delivery, including Saturday

For all shipping options, orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm, Monday to Friday are usually processed and dispatched the following business day.

Note: Pharmacy products may experience a 1-day delay due to ID verification requirements and manual approval. We will email you requesting ID before placing your order into the approval queue. Once approved by our clinicians, your order will be dispatched.

For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday to arrive the next day. For example:

An order placed at 2pm on Monday should arrive Tuesday.
An order placed at 4pm on Monday will be processed Tuesday and likely delivered Wednesday.

Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend, even if Next Day Delivery is selected, will not be dispatched until the next business day. For instance, an order placed at 4pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday and likely delivered Tuesday, depending on your chosen shipping option.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. Occasionally, carriers experience delays beyond our control, but we will work to track your parcel and provide updates.

Standard Delivery:

Free for orders over £30
Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri are dispatched same day
Delivery via Royal Mail within 2–5 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Express Delivery:

Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri are dispatched same day
Orders placed after 3pm, weekends, or Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day
Delivery via Royal Mail within 1–3 working days (24–48 hours) after dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Next Weekday Delivery (Monday–Thursday orders before 2pm):

Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri are dispatched same day
Orders placed after 2pm, weekends, or Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day
Delivery via DPD within 1 day (24 hours) after dispatch (excluding Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or adverse weather)

Next Day Delivery, including Saturday (Monday–Friday orders before 3pm):

Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri are dispatched same day
Orders placed after 3pm, weekends, or Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day
Delivery via Royal Mail within 1 day (24 hours) after dispatch (excluding Sundays, Bank Holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or adverse weather)
Orders are delivered by 1pm, including Saturday deliveries

Delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands may take 1–2 additional days beyond the standard delivery timeframe.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.
