Terms and Conditions of Supply
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply whenever you place an order with us. Please read them carefully as they are legally binding and contain important information about your rights and obligations, including your liability to us. We recommend printing and keeping a copy for your records.
Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights.
Our website and purchases are intended for private use only. If you wish to purchase in a business or trading capacity, please contact us at support@glp-1nutrition.co.uk to obtain the applicable terms.
This service is not for emergency medication. Using it as such is at your own risk. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, subject to cut-off times. Please see our Delivery page for further details.
The T&Cs are divided into the following sections:

This website (www.glp-1nutrition.co.uk) is owned and operated by MDS Healthcare Limited (Trading as glp-1 nutrition), registered in England and Wales (company number 08078964) with registered office at 464 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit Centre, Preston PR5 8AR. VAT number: 135436520.
The Pharmacy
Our online pharmacy services are delivered by Pharmalogic Chemist, a registered UK pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (licence number 9010938), located at 464 Ranglet Road, Walton Summit Centre, Preston PR5 8AR. The superintendent is Haroon Amanji. References to "the Pharmacy" mean Pharmalogic Chemist.
The Healthcare Provider
Unless stated otherwise, our online clinic services are delivered by Pharmalogic Chemist. Clinicians are UK-based and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, General Medical Council, and General Pharmaceutical Council. Details of clinicians are available on our website. Haroon Amanji, a registered clinical pharmacist (GPhC 2070534), oversees these services. References to "Healthcare Provider" mean Pharmalogic Chemist.
All clinicians follow professional codes of ethics and conduct, are trained to prescribe safely, and are individually responsible for any prescriptions they issue.

Pricing and VAT

Delivery Services & Cold Chain:

Cold chain items require timely receipt and may require PIN/ID.
Missed/Non-Deliveries:

Responsibility for missed deliveries, wrong PIN, or collection from safe place lies with you.

Orders returned may incur full charges or partial refunds.
Transit Damage & Delays:

No compensation for delays outside our control, but you may request a refund if delays are substantial.
Cancellation & Returns
Cooling-Off Right:

Legal right to change mind: 14 days after delivery (first delivery for subscriptions).

Returns at your cost; products must be unopened and in original condition.
Prescription Medicines:

Cooling-off rights do not apply.
Damaged or Faulty Products:

Refunds or replacements available within 30 days of receipt.
Other Cancellations:

Approved orders cannot be cancelled.

Unapproved orders may be cancelled with admin fees: £5 OTC, £15 POM.
Subscription Contracts:

Our Rights to End Contract
We may end the contract and claim compensation if:

Liability

Resolving Disputes

Court action remains an option if unresolved.
Resolving Disputes Without Going to Court
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is an optional process where an independent body examines the details of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without requiring you to go to court. You may submit a complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council by calling 020 3365 3400 or completing an online form at https://www.pharmacyregulation.org/. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you still have the right to take your case to court.
Going to Court
These terms are governed by English law, and you may bring claims against us in English courts, regardless of your residence. If you live in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts. We can pursue claims against you in the courts of the country where you reside.
Complaints About the Pharmacy
If you have questions or complaints about the Pharmacy or its services, contact the Pharmacy directly using the details above in the “How to Contact Us” section.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email or post. Phone complaints are not accepted to ensure full understanding and proper record-keeping. You can contact the Pharmacy as follows:

Other Important T&Cs

We may transfer our contract to another organisation responsible for supplying your product. You will be informed in writing, and your rights under the contract will remain unaffected.

No third-party rights: This contract is solely between you and us. No one else can enforce it, and neither party needs anyone else’s approval to amend or end it.

Severability: If any part of this contract is invalidated by a court, the remainder will still apply.

Delayed enforcement: Even if we delay enforcing this contract (e.g., not immediately chasing non-payment), we retain the right to enforce it later.

Changes to terms: We may update these T&Cs to reflect legal or business changes. The revised terms will be posted online and take effect immediately.

PART 2 – ONLINE CLINIC T&Cs
Important Notice
This service does not provide urgent medical advice or immediate care. If you need urgent medical advice:

This service operates remotely. We cannot provide in-person consultations or access detailed GP records beyond what is stated (including SCR). This may limit the services we can offer. You may need to contact another provider or your NHS GP if the service is unsuitable.
Application of T&Cs
These T&Cs apply to all online clinic products and services, including medine supply by the Healthcare Provider and/or Pharmacy.
Your Information
Accuracy and Updates:
You must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Notify us immediately if any details change (e.g., new medical conditions, pregnancy, new medication). We are not responsible for inaccuracies you provide.
SCR Access & Review:

Your Summary Care Record (SCR) contains essential health information including medications, allergies, and significant medical history.
-
Healthcare Provider clinicians and Pharmacy staff may access your SCR to ensure safe prescribing.
-
You are strongly encouraged to consent to SCR access. In some cases, services cannot be provided without this consent. You can withdraw consent at any time, but this may result in termination of your order and any associated compensation claims.
Record Keeping:

An electronic patient record will be created, including your personal information and medication history.
-
Records may be retained for up to eight years (or longer/shorter as required by law).
Primary Care Notification:
-
Your GP will usually be notified of medications and treatments provided.
-
Opting out may limit or prevent service delivery. You are responsible for informing your GP if notification is not shared.
Age & Identity Verification

You must be 18+ and located in the UK.
-
Age and identity will be verified using third-party providers, which may include consumer credit checks. By consenting, you agree to this processing.
Online Consultations
-
Complete online consultation forms accurately and fully. False information may jeopardise your health.
-
Submission does not guarantee prescription approval; the Healthcare Provider may request further consultation by phone or video.
-
Regular check-in forms must be completed on time; failure to do so may interrupt or cease treatment.
Dispensing & Delivery of Medication
-
Upon approval, prescriptions are sent to the Pharmacy for processing and delivery, usually next day.
-
Prescriptions may be transferred to another pharmacy at your request, but prices may differ, and additional fees may apply.
-
Consultation and administration fees apply for prescription issuance and delivery.
Supplying in Your Best Interest
-
Clinicians determine medication suitability based on your best interests and provided information.
-
Orders may be declined or limited; charges apply only for supplied medication.
-
Off-label prescriptions are evidence-based and explained to you, with additional safeguards if necessary.
Damaged or Incorrect Medication:

Contact the Healthcare Provider immediately if medication is damaged, incorrect, or expired. Do not use such items.
Your Obligations

Use medication only as prescribed and follow manufacturer instructions.

Do not create multiple accounts or use the service for others.
-
Contact your GP immediately if side effects or complications occur and inform the Pharmacy.

Dispose of unused medication responsibly, returning it to the Pharmacy if necessary.
